These terms cover anything you buy or get from OutdoorLiving.com. By placing an order you agree to them. Questions? Write to hello@outdoorliving.com.
Our guarantee and refunds
Build-ready or your money back. If anything in the plan doesn't work as drawn, email us within 30 days for a full refund. Write to hello@outdoorliving.com with your order email. Once a plan is refunded it leaves your plan library.
What you get
Plans are digital. Right after checkout you get a printable PDF, the 3D build guide and the shopping list, kept in your private plan library. We email you the library link, and you can request it again any time at outdoorliving.com/library. Nothing ships for a plan.
How you can use a plan
A plan is for your own use. Build the piece as many times as you like for yourself, your home or as a gift. Please don’t share, resell or post the plan files, the guide or your library link. If you’d like to build pieces to sell, ask us first.
Cut files from the Metal section carry a personal-use license, written into each file: cut as many as you like for your own projects, not for sale as panels or as a file.
Gifts
A gifted plan is delivered by email on the day you choose, or as a printable card. Once it’s redeemed, it belongs to the recipient and the guarantee above applies to them. If a gift hasn’t been redeemed, the buyer can ask us for a refund.
Cut-to-order metal panels
Panels are cut to order in Texas and usually ship flat in 2–3 weeks. We confirm the price and ship date by email before you are charged. Because each panel is made for your order, it can be cancelled for a full refund until it is cut, but not returned afterward. If a panel arrives damaged or doesn’t match your order, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace it or refund you.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe when you check out. We may change prices at any time; a price change never affects an order you’ve already placed.
Building safely
Our plans show one way to build each piece with standard lumber and hardware. You are responsible for your own work: use tools safely, wear eye and ear protection, check your materials, and follow local codes for anything that needs them. Materials costs and build times on the site are estimates; actual prices and times vary.
Limits
We work hard to make every plan accurate, and the guarantee above is how we stand behind it. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any order is limited to what you paid for it, and we aren’t responsible for indirect losses or for how a piece is built, used or maintained.

How we handle your information is in our privacy policy.
Changes and governing law
If we change these terms, we’ll update them here and change the date at the top; the terms in place when you ordered apply to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA.
